Work is in progress for the Port of Moses Lake Cross Dock Facility. The Cross Dock Facility, as it has come to be known, will be used to house Wienstein Beverage's Moses Lake operations. The project consists of a metal building provided by Behlen Manufacturing and assorted structural and architectural finishes. The project was bid out as design build and we have contacted Labar Architecture to provide the design elements. The bid amount was $650,000 with the square footage of 12,500, amounting to $52 per square foot. We anticipate this project will be completed in May.
