The project included both demolition and construction activities at the existing landfill site. New structures include an 8,500 square foot Shop Building, 48-foot by 12-foot Recycling Shed, Vehicle Refueling Station, and Scale House. Site work includes construction of new roadways, vehicle scales, asphalt parking areas, gravel surfacing, landscaping, fencing, signage and utilities.
